Luckily I shoot mostly static stuff so I have the luxury of time to adjust AF tuning when needed. For more dynamic situations I'd be more concerned about adjusting to focus shift on fast primes, which in my experience has a greater effect on focus accuracy than lighting temperature, at least when you want to alternate between wide-open and close-to-wide-open apertures.
