Tripod/Head/Backpack for D600/800 + 70-200 VR2

I have recently purchased a D600(although I might get a replacement with a D800) along with the 70-200 VR2, and 24-70, the 70-200 VR2 along with the D600 is the heaviest combination that I might use in the future with a 2X TC. So I'm looking for a tripod and head that could carry this setups weight.

I have looked at the Manfrotto 322RC2 head, and which I really like, cause I was initially looking at a tripod that could mount the camera facing down, such as a Manfrotto 190XPROB 3, but  with this head it seems any normal tripod would be fine, since the head itself can point the camera down albeit with limited reach.

I'm also looking to get a backpack, which could carry, a 13" laptop, D600/800 body, 70-200 VR2, 24-70 2.8, 50 1.4D and possibly one Sb700 speedlight, along with accessories. I checked out the Lowepro 350AW, however when I put the D600+70-200 in it, there is very limited space at either sides to allow putting a 24-70 comfortably, so that might not be a good fit, I haven't looked at many other backpacks yet, but I'm open for anything.

I'd also appreciate suggestions for equipment which could be available from Amazon, since i'd be getting some reward credit from there soon.
