RAW processing when body and lens manufacturer don't match ...

... prospective MFT buyer with Nikon DSLR experience who has MFT questions. Regarding still images, I prefer to shoot only RAW and then post process. Presently, Aperture is my library and Nikon Capture NX2 is my image editor on my MacBook Pro under OSX 10.8.2. NX2 will correct some Nikon lens issues with Nikon NEF raw files, one of the reasons I use this otherwise clunky software. But I know NX2 will not work with ORF or RW2 files.

I think I have this right - in reviewing the myriad MFT posts and reviews, I note that Pany bodies correct Pany lens issues and the Oly bodies correct Oly lens issues. Now, since I prefer to shoot RAW, what happens when I mix brands, i.e. Pany bodies and Oly lens (or the other way around). What will I have to do to correct distortion or other issues when mixing body and lens brands?
