Canon Pro9000 MarkII problems

Joe- I've done some print-head cleanings lately, but apparently just not thorough enough. Just did some more a few minutes ago and the results were much,much better. May require another cleaning, but until I run a few more tests, I would hold off on further suggestions. Hopefully this simple fix is what I'm looking for. Many thanks to both you and Robert for your help. Didn't expect to get it so fast. Don't know when I can post again, but sometime later today.
