Buying the LA 7

Has anyone bought the Panasonic LA 7 adaptor on rakuten?

I was wondering if this was a genuine site. The cost of the adapter is (¥2,570). With shipping it totals 4090 yen. But they accept only bank transfers, which according to them costs an additional 7000 yen , if done from another country. So it ends up costing 4090 + 7000 yen.

By the way another seller on rakuten sells the LA 7 at a slightly higher price . http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/pure-m/item/4984824988514/

I placed an order with both these sellers separately just to check if  there was any other mode of payment by which i could avoid the 7000 yen bank transfer fee.

I found that both sellers have provided the same bank account details for transfer. One of them calculated the weight as 0.8 kg and the other as 1.2 kg for the same LA 7.

Just wondering if it is safe to buy from rakuten? The fact that both sellers have given the same bank account details makes me a bit skeptical.
