Polaroid WA and macro adapter in one?

In one of Amazon's regular advert emails I saw THIS.

Customer reviews, albeit from people claiming to be starters, seem positive, although some mentioned cut corners which would not be surprising given it's claimed .43x conversion ratio - theoretically making the 14mm end of a kit zoom down to 6mm! Six millimetres!

I think maybe it does not work well and the claimed "high definition" should be translated to good for HD (720p) video, i.e. 1MP resolution.

Comments? Do you think it is a case of if it looks like a something, smells like a something, etc. or is there a chance of it not being that something?
