Get the 6 and don't look back. The 5N absolutely had a focusing issue when the light was getting low. It would focus on things way behind my subject, and even in the far corners when I had subjects filling most of the frame. It was ridiculous. Other than that, the 5N was great though.
The 6 will give you so much more room to experiment. The focus is more accurate and the viewfinder is a huge advantage.
