Yep, I like it too.  If I was being critical, I'd look for a little more definition on the textures and colours on the face to emphasise the cold - make those cheeks really rosy!  I'd also lighten and sharpen the eyes.  The only slight problem you will then have is that you can see the reflection of - I assume its you - in his eyes.
