16-85 vs 18-105

I think you need to try them. A lens is like or disliked by the operator. I'm an aperture priority fan so I wanted a fixed f/4. Thus I have the Sigma. Mainly because I got it at a good deal over the 17-50 2.8.

I've never cared for the 18-105 or the 18-55 for that matter. The 16-85 is just so expensive. Then again it's not absurd like the 17-55.

Its about what you like. They're all fine lenses.
