Yes, the controls and features on the D600 are different enough from the D800, D700, D3, and D4 that the D600 threads rarely relate to the other cameras. Also, a lot of the people who are attracted to the D600 seem to have different interests than those with the other FX cameras. The D600 belongs in a different forum.

The D600 shares a lot more with the D7000; i always thought that although it was FX, it would have made more sense to group it in that (DX) forum. Considering the D1&D2 are DX but are still included here... I think firmware, AF system, body style are more significant than the sensor size.
