X-E1 Questions

Hi,

Have a couple of questions as a prospective buyer (manual I downloaded isn't quite clear):

1. With the Electronic Level, does it work for tilting both side to side and up and down?

2. How do you adjust the color temp manually? Is the value displayed and then you use up and down buttons to adjust it (and by what increment)?

3. I remember reading that the DOF scale in the camera isn't accurate because Fuji chose to use a smaller value for COC than necessary. Is the focus distance accurate?

4. I have seen it mentioned that you can use the RAW images to create JPEG images using the in camera conversion options. If you save the RAW images to your HD, can they be reloaded back into the camera later for additional conversion(s)? If so, is there a special way it needs to be done?
