Dumb people & Guns, what a bad mix?

A shiit load - 2600 in the US in 2004 and 6000 in the US in 2008. Some 350 000 were injured as a result of 'phone-driving' in 2004 (can't find the injured stats for 2008).

In my time driving a rig, I've seen a whole lot worse than phones.. how about some of these:

• Eating a bowl of soup or a bowl of what looked like pasta/spaghetti
• Getting dressed (yes, she had nice tits too.. rigs are higher than almost any other vehicle)
• Reading a map (the big fold-up type)
• Reading a map book (West Australia UBD)
• putting on make-up in the rear view mirror
• leaning over the seat (backwards) rummaging through a expanding folder thing.

Some deaths on the roads are an accident,

We need another name, a word to describe deaths that are not accidents but are stupidities..
