Canon T3i
Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS
Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS
They are different tripods for different purposes. It's a bit like asking "if you could only have one lens, which would it be?"
The Manfrotto is taller, has an adjustable centre column (useful for macro), and I have paired it with a quality ballhead - so it is primarily a home/car tripod (although it is light enough to carry easily, it is long).
The Sirui is decent quality, and compact - for ease of carrying.
