D5100 + fisheye + Photomatix = real estate listing?

Im listing a house next week and the agent asked me for some pics, so I busted out my D5100 and my Samyang 8mm to make some images.

So what do you guys think?    Iis it too 'creative' for real estate?   Ran some bracketed shots through Photomatix, and then I tamed the fisheye some with PS CS6's awesome Adaptive Wide Angle.  I like the result, but I'm sort of addicted to the Samyang perspective.   Probably gone and warped my brain!
