Quite an artsy picture, with subtle but oh so attractive colors. I like it a lot!
For the noise, I've read an article somewhere (can't remember where), showing noise graphs for the E-3, clearly stating that noise is more pronounced w/ the intermediate 1/3 steps, as compared to the full stop values. IOW will incremental ISO values like 250 and 320 have more noise than the full stop values 200 and 400. I believe this to be correct, as I've seen that in my own use of the E-3, and thus I still tend to stay away from those intermediate ISO values when using the E-5 as well.
Btw, here's my hip contribution, also taken in November, also w/ a tele SHG, also w/ an E-5, also in Norway!
E-5, ZDED 90-250 @250mm, F3.2, 1/250s, ISO 200, EV -0.7, tripod
