Cant import picture styles to T4i

I have a Rebel T41 650d, Windows 7 and using the EOS Utility that came with the camera.

I am trying to install some additional picture styles but when i start EOS Utility and go to Camera Settings/Remote Shooting, the options of Picture Style, Detail Set, Register User Defined Style (the one I want) and WB Shift are all grayed out and not accessible  Only Lens Abberation Correction works.

How do I get it to let me import the picture styles I have downloaded or does the T4i not allow this?
