Anyone prefer old S90/95 vs. S110 or Sony RX100?

Really, what has me considering a 2nd (pretty but used) S95 is the stupid battery. If the S110 had the same NB-6L, I might be looking there. As eluded by AdamT, I see these Canon p&s cameras as disposables, so don't want to spend too much, so look for used or refurbs. Truth is I don't entirely like the way S95 managed colors or WB, but low-light and operation is far better then my well-loved SD700. If I could get more facile operation out of the SD700, that would be my choice camera for size and excellent 35-140.
