If you study it, you will understand the principle needed to apply a similar process in LR.

In LR, you can grab the Adjustment Brush and pull the Saturation slider all the way to the left. Brush the effect in for the pupil. Click New and decrease the Exposure all the way to the left. Paint that effect in for the pupils. You will need to hide the pins. Now choose Erase and with a small brush, erase over the catch lights.
