PDAF & Lifeview

PDAF, nice. I have only 1 lense that can use it (18200). The restriction is F6.3.

LifeVew off: nice clear evf/lcd, but diafragm closes when shutterbutton is pressed halfway: if I use a diafragm over 6.3: no PDAF.

LifeView on: diafragm opens to max when shutterbutton pressed halfway, but before that the efv/lcd are horrible next to useless in dark circumstances.

PDAF usefullness is VERY limited.

Or do I miss something?
