18 x 12 Photo Binders / Album?

Guys,

I am looking for a photo album where I can put 18 x 12 photos in. Essentially I want to make a photo book with my best shots, except I want prints and not a photo book because of the print quality.  also I want to be able to add more pictures and take bad ones out.

So I am looking for something like a binder with clear pouches or other method of inserting pics.  The binder should be high quality.

I cant fond anything online. Does anybody have an idea if something like that exist?
