Granted, it has 11. One (!) of which is cross-type. That's a joke. That means they didn't just take the available 9-sensor AF (all cross type) and add two, they deliberately created a crippled version with only one-way sensors and added two.

Oh, and I forgot all the rebels that have had variants of the 9 point sensor ... 400D, 450D, 500D, 550D, 600D, 650D.
