Hey Stephen,

I saw the H200 & read something you wrote elsewhere about it. Something like "wouldn't it be ironic if Sony created a camera(H200) that was less expensive than it's flagship high zoom the HX200V, but presented higher IQ". Not word for word, but I'm waiting eagerly to see some photos.

I thought Panny might have something in the FZ200, but from the examples I've seen on Flikr, they're not much better IQ wise at the long end in f2.8 than the Sony at f5.6.

The new Fuji HS50EXR is promising, but the camera and lens size match or exceed that of several big DSLRs.

Slap a retractable superzoom Carl Zeiss lens and a large EVF on the RX1 and we're there. It already has the FF sensor and silent shutter in a small body.

Maybe the Cartel will allow this setup if they can charge over 3 large. :)
