Amazed with manipulation software (TOPAZ)

Yes the RAW has much more information to use and get a look that you invision. You added contrast (which I agree the original RAW capture was lacking). I also agree BW is the way to go with this image. And the elements of the dam bridge and falls for the basis of creating a different look than the original scene held. Comments and work appreciated.
