In camera RAW conversion, can I get a square crop after the fact?

I am trying to do some in camera RAW conversions of shots that were taken in RAW only mode. The issue I am having is converting to a square crop. If I shoot RAW+ I can set the aspect ratio to 1:1 before I take the photo and that works fine, but for a shot I already took in RAW only mode it defaults to the 4x6 and I can't see any way to convert it afterwards. Am I missing something?

If I do "crop" in the edit menu on my new JPEG, it doesn't let me change the aspect ratio, and when I develop the RAW I don't see an option to change this either.

Not a big deal of course, but would be nice to set the crop aspect ratio in the in camera editing.
