Best Photo editing for RAW photos "A77"

Hi guys,

today I start to take photo with RAW format with my sony A77 camera and I edit my photo in sony Photo editor "the one come with the camera". I know it is not powerful enough so what is the best option to go for RAW files? I heard about light room 4 but not sure if it is the best or not.

I shoot mostly landscapes , sometime people or macros.

any thing perfect for low light photos?

I have gaming PC "3k USD" I don't think I will have any Issue with any software.
