Choosing a 3rd party ink

I don't see 4880 refillable cartridges on the Injetfly site.  I just e-mailed them to see if they do sell them and how much.

Would the cartridges from InkOwl with Cone pigment inks suffice?  $139 with free shipping and no duty or brokerage fees to Canada are really cheap.  If I start ordering cartridges from other places in the US I might as well just get everything from Cone by the time I factor in additional shipping and duty fees coming across the border.
