Your photos remind me of someone trying to take photos with the lens cap on with a new camera, complaining about bad pixels (even though the camera may work fine if the sensor is actually getting some light).
So, I'd see how your monitor works in normal conditions (where you're actually generating a normal picture to it), before jumping to any conclusions
The photographs definitely exaggerate the effect more, but I wouldn't have photographed it if I didn't see something wrong with my bare eyes.
As for normal conditions.... I can see this when black is being displayed even if not full screen.
Meaning, if I have a black wallpaper on my desktop I notice the greenish tint.
