I think it may be a generational thing.. (I am 61.. so I qualify ) I don't really "get" the video thing either.. maybe the idea of post production is what kills it for me (moving all our old VCR tapes over to DVD proved that to me in a hurry!) I would like to, but it just seems too painful to edit it.. and the viewing of it truly is like watching the dreaded "vacation shots" routine..

However, my 19 year old son will shoot video clips with his cell phone, my camera, whatever.. and post them up for his friends and they all think that is a blast.. still pictures to them (while they take a ton of them.. also on their cell phones) do not have the appeal or "life" that the videos do (think about the commercial "HELLO!" with the high school football player doing the flip). Guess it is just a digital thing..

Anyway, that is my story (and excuse..) and I am sticking with it!

PS. Winston, your video is what I would like to be able to do, but fear I do not have the talent or time to accomplish!  Very nice..

Cheers!
