Is this normal on the RX100?

I just received my RX100 in the mail and was playing around with it. I noticed under certain lighting conditions, when I depress the shutter button halfway, just as it focuses, there is a blueish and yellowish banding that flashes across the screen before it goes back to normal. The pictures come out fine though, so I don't think this issue affects the picture(s).

Is it a setting that causes it or is there something wrong with mine?
