Did I get a bad monitor? Dell U2713HM

I bought a new DELL U2713HM monitor because it is supposed to come from the factory pretty nice and calibrated.
I noticed a discoloration in the bottom left corer of the screen.
Below you'll see a series of photos from different angles all taken at f/5.6 at both 1/20 and 1/80 at ISO3200.
The images are of blacks and grays going from total black to 1/4 black in steps of 1/16.
So 0, 16, 32, 48, 64 .... out of 256
I know that monitors can have back light bleeging and that IPS monitors have a "glow" about them... but this looks like a green discoloration.
My eyes can only notice it at 32/256 but this is very disappointing for a $800 monitor that is supposed to be high end and touted for being accurate.
What do you guys think?
I don't claim to know how to photograph monitors. If I did it wrong, please let me know.
