I don't care about video. Should I?

It's not about shooting the movie, it's about editing the videoclips and sound later AND are you and other people actually looking at it.

Anyway you might want some video footage of the kids, your pet and that nice bbq party.

About the grass, it's not only the video, the plain sound probably is a windhiss, if this hiss is annoying you take it away, if not you mix it (partly) with music.

In the video you can add stills  also.
