New RAW support

Hi -

Just downloaded the latest version of Iridient Digital's RAW Developer and used it on recent files from my DP2 Merrill.

At last, an alternative to SPP.

First one out of the oven:

Iridient Raw Developer, exported to Lightroom 4, tweaked in Color Efex Pro4

"Aha!" I hear you exclaim. Okay, fine: here is the image before tweaking.

"Aha, again!" Okay, fine, here's the same image straight out of SPP.
