Anybody know what lab produces this catalogue

I am doing a search for labs or resources where I can have senior composites made. The following catalogue  has some I really like but I do not know where it is coming from -

I thought maybe ezprints but it does not appear they offer templates. Bay photo and Nations photo lab do. Any help would be appreciated.
