Safer way to copy NEF files (file verification)

I currently use a program called SyncBackPro made by 2brightsparks. This program allows you to run a CRC file hash check on each file as it is copied. It is a simple feature, but it gives me tremendous confidence that I know I am copying exactly what was on my card.

It is a bit slower, and it is also technically an extra step compared to just dragging an dropping the files or hitting import in Lightroom, but if you have "mission critical" files, I think it is worth it.

I don't work for 2brightsparks, and I know there are some free/cheap programs that do the same thing, but I thought I would share as I figure some people don't even know this capability exists.
