Pink and Green outlines?

Hi fotoheads,

Stupid question probably, but wanted to see if any of you knew what this pink and green outline is from?

sorry its a low res example, but in all my photos the subjects have this artifact, not sure if it's due to lens abberation correction or what?   I used a 5D3, polarizer on a 24-105.
