I owned the 45-200 for a very short period, and found it to be fairly decent.

For video, i would be confident that either the 45-200 or 100-300 would be pretty good, as they are both slowish lenses, and would benefit from further stopping down.....which would help avoid the need for ND filters in decent light-levels {bearing in mind that shutter speeds for video tend to be slower than long-tele stills shooting often requires}.
