V2 and Amazon UK downward price creep

I've had a V1 since they were launched, and I've been more than happy with it. I'd love a V2, but can't stomach the hit in exchanging the V1 now that it's price has dropped so dramatically.

Anyway, when the V2 was first announced the price on Amazon, with 10-30mm lens, was £799. I've been keeping a close eye on it, and every now again the price drops a bit. It's now down to £692 (direct through Amazon).

I wonder if this has anything to do with Nikon dropping the price, or maybe just slow sales?
