I'm pretty happy with my result:

I used RPP default settings, brought the TIFF into ACR

ACR:

+.25 exposure
+25 Whites
+10 Contrast
+10 Clarity
+25 Sharpness
0.6 Radius
50 Color Noise (could be reduced, I just slapped a number in there)
50 Color Detail

Results, pretty sharp. It does suffer from "jaggies" when viewed at 200% or whatever, but they are few, and won't show up in any print or web image. What will show, though, is the solid clarity of details. I'm pretty impressed with X-Trans Raw files, but its clear that handling them takes a little work.
