Mac mini 2012 performance with LR4, PS6 and AE 6

How is the performance of the new Mac Mini with the software stated above. I am looking to invest in one since I currently do not have space for a tower. I will be doing a few upgrades to it and would also like a recommendation on upgrades based on your experiences.
- SSD as boot?
- Replace current HDD with faster HDD?
- Max out ram?
- Performance using a WQHD monitor vs Multi-monitor.?
