Yes, G5 with 14-42/3.5-5.6 is worse in low light than RX100. Especially on wide end of the zoom, at long end the difference is practically non-existing. But then again the 14-42 goes only to 84mm eq, not 100mm as RX100.

G5 is ILC, it is meant for multiple lenses. If you only plan to use it with 14-42, don't bother.
