Sony HVLF20S on sale for $120. Is it worth IT?

That's a great price for this flash. I got it as part of a package deal for my 5N, and it is very very useful. I try to avoid using flash, but the bounce feature, tele option and the included diffuser make this accessory very valuable. Also, it is surprisingly powerful.
