RX100 portrait sharpness - what can I expect?

O.k. I can answer this well better than most because I went threw the same learning curve.

Most importantly, the RX100 is at it sharpness at the wide end of the zoom (i.e. 10.4mm)

If you are not getting a sharp picture at 10.4 and opened at say aperture 5.6. send it back.
