I'm not a pro either, but I find that the Keystone correction in Capture One Pro generally does it for me (though I don't use uwa lenses).
I believe you may have tried CO for its raw conversion, but have you tried the keystone correction?
But it probably doesn't meet your definition of reasonable price.
Post a raw file in dropbox and I'll give it a try.
