Oly dominates Japan mirrorless market; Canikon out of the top 3

So it's pretty clear who are the winners and losers are in the ONLY market in the camera industry that is growing in size rather than shrinking like compacts and DSLRs. Brand power from the 2000's just isn't cutting it for Canikon's 1 series and EOS M mirrorless cameras, and their obvious inferiority compared to Panolympus and Sony are preventing them from even being relevant in the market for cameras of the future, let alone class-leading. The top three combine for 72.2% of the entire market, which means that Olympus is selling more than Canikon and all the other pretenders COMBINED!

So the numbers don't lie and the message to Canikon is clear: Get with the program or get left in the dust.
