Should I be happy with IQ in this shot?

Thanks for the feedback everyone and I realise the comp and PP were not up to scratch..but why ask about IQ if its been fixed already.

I just don't get this....why the much vaunted LX7 IMO cant hold a candle to this ( and many other) images from one of the first cheap kodak digicams.....it had a charging dock that broke and i threw it out..man i wish I hadnt.
