I have Nex 7 and many Canon Lenses. And I also feel that the hunting that goes on with Nex 7 and the Sony E lenses is unacceptable for sports, etc. So my questions are:
1. Will the LA-EA2 correct this on the Nex 7 for One Shot focus?
2. will Continuous Focus begin to then be acceptable on the Nex 7?
3.Can I use the LA-EA2 with my Sony E lenses when shooting sports and street if the answers to 1 and 2 are encouraging?

1- Yes. This is based on my prelim tests (indoor and out) on NEX-3. I usually shoot Spot/Local with AF-S and the AF speed is excellent. The only lens that had minor issue was 35/1.8 SAM in low light. But it was still reasonably fast.
2- I would say so. Limited test appears to show good performance. Unfortunately, weather kept me from real world application that I'm planning for, next weekend.
3- No. E-mount lenses cannot work. Strictly A-mount for AF.
