Ricoh India expands into digital cameras

I just came across  a fairly obscure announcement in an international financial journal to the effect that Ricoh India has adopted an amendment to its articles of organization allowing one of the objects of the enterprise to include digital cameras.  I found this interesting because it suggests that Ricoh is expanding its camera business, rather than abrogating it to its Pentax subsidiary -- unless of course, Ricoh is just going to distribute Pentax cameras in India.  Anyway, some news about Ricoh's camera ambitions --maybe.
