Pouches for Olympus lens

for my Oly 45 and Oly 60, I use this pouch the extra small Cosmos felt drawstring pouch available on Amazon for about $6.  the pouch that Panny supplies with the Panny 20 is perfect for the Oly 45 as well but I cannot seem to find a replacement for that pouch anywhere.

for my 40-150, I actually use a neoprene beer can cozie.
