Have you been able to make a Yongnuo 560 II work with the DP2M?

I have tried to plug in a Yongnuo 560 II flash to the DP2M. For a start odd that the connection of flash unit seems to be turned 180 degrees as the infra red points backwards ...

After plugging it in to the DP2M I have not been able to make it work as camera does not recognize flash.

Have you been able to use a Yongnuo flash or other third party with the DP2M even if manual only?
