Simple Question - Does the 5R produce photos as good as the old 5N does?

When you take a great sensor like the one for the 5n, and add some additional capability, that almost always means a compromise somewhere else.  I think this case, Sony felt it could be done with minimal effect, and that I was more important to address the focus issues.
